Beach Haven

On Long Beach Island (NJ) in Beach Haven, there is a place like no other. It was included in most of my childhood, where my Grandpa would take me to the arcade to win a whole bunch of prizes for me and for my cousins that couldn’t go. I went on my first Ferris Wheel there, even though it was probably a total of twenty feet tall, it felt big to me.

Fantasy Island Amusement Park is the place to go when visiting the Jersey Shore, it is family friendly, not-expensive, and a great area to hangout in. For locals and older kids, the arcade is the place to go, here is an excerpt from there website:

“Fantasy Island’s family casino arcade is open all year & designed to be fun for all ages. There are hundreds of exciting games with thousands of prizes to suit every taste. Prizes include brand-name electronics, stuffed toys, sports memorabilia, collectibles, and this year’s hottest items. A vacation to the Jersey Shore just isn’t complete without a visit to Long Beach Island’s Family Fun Park!”

For the younger kids, there are 15+ rides to check out including a new ride that is going up in the summer of 2017! Everything is a lot of fun and it won’t break the bank!

Fantasy Island is only a five minute walk to Bay Village where there are tons of restaurants, souvenir shops, and collectables! Some of the shops include: Country Kettle Fudge, Ship Bottom Brewery, Crust & Crumb Bakery, The Windmill – famous for Belgium waffles – and many other shops featuring beachwear and jewelry.

Overall, Fantasy Island is the place to be when you go to Long Beach Island, great for families, teens, adults, and everyone else!
